Latex Opony is a company that has undergone significant evolution over the past two decades—transforming from a tire service workshop into a wholesaler, and ultimately into Poland’s leading distributor of tires and wheel rims.

In my view, leveraging EU-funded projects, executing a major ERP system transition in 2009, pivoting toward high-bay warehousing, and establishing dedicated internal departments served as the defining milestones in our growth during that era.

Another crucial operational shift was appointing specialized Product Managers responsible for procurement across dedicated product categories. Decades of market expertise, the strategic expansion of distribution and sales channels, and the development of new warehouse facilities provide a robust foundation for continued growth.

What I value most about the company is the collaborative, partnership-based approach among colleagues, strategic coherence in our planning, the freedom to develop along one’s professional interests, a high degree of autonomy in execution, and the satisfaction that comes from achieving results fueled by genuine passion.
