The Latex company is a place where I spend 1/3 of my day, so I really appreciate that it gives me, or rather the people responsible, the opportunity to work in very friendly conditions that are constantly evolving: offices, kitchens, greenery, coffee - these are just a few examples. At Latex, the human factor is key. Here people are the most important! The mere fact of calling each other by name shortens some distance, and yet everything is still based on mutual respect and trust. And even though the company has grown significantly over the last few years, on many levels, even becoming a corporation, the human factor has not lost its value! Our possible requests, comments or suggestions are listened to and, what's more, heard and taken into account. We have the opportunity to develop in the company: training, fairs and other industry trips... and this annual opportunity to integrate together. This allows us all to still know each other by name and form a well-functioning collective.

For me, Latex Opony is a company that has evolved a lot over the past two decades. Changing from a tire service to a wholesaler, and then to a leading distributor of tires and wheel rims on the Polish market.
Using EU projects. system change in 2009 In my opinion, the focus on high-bay warehouses and the creation of separate departments was one of the key points for the company's development in those years.
Another important change for me was the division into PMs - specialists responsible for purchasing individual product groups. Many years of experience, expansion of distribution/sales channels and the location of subsequent warehouses translate into opportunities for further development.

What I value most in the company is partnership relations with colleagues, coherence - coherence in planned activities, the opportunity to develop in the direction of my interests, the possibility of a largely free (not imposed) way of acting and satisfaction with the results based on my own passions/interests.

The Latex company is a place where I would like to fulfill my professional ambitions and constantly develop as a person and as an effective manager.
